Consent to the collection and processing of personal data

By ticking the «I agree to the collection and processing of personal data» box in the website forms, the user freely, of their own will and in their own interest gives consent to the organisation that owns this website (hereinafter - the Operator), to collect and process their personal data on the terms set out below, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 «On Personal Data and Their Protection» (hereinafter - the Law).

1. What data is processed

surname, first name and patronymic (if any);
e-mail address;
phone number;
username and account details on the website;
the text of a request and the information the user provides in it;
technical data: IP address, date and time of form submission - to the extent necessary to protect the website from abuse.

2. Purposes of processing

registration on the website and operation of the personal account;
consideration of requests, questions and applications and sending replies to them;
contacting the user about their request;
ensuring the security and proper operation of the website.

3. Actions with personal data

The Operator collects, records, organises, accumulates, stores, updates, uses, depersonalises, blocks and destroys personal data. Processing is carried out both with and without automation tools.

Personal data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Cross-border transfer of personal data is not carried out. Personal data is stored in a database located in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Protection of personal data

The Operator takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, destruction and other unlawful actions, and keeps it confidential.

5. Retention period and validity of consent

Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, but no longer than the periods established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The consent is valid from the moment it is given until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn.

6. Rights of the user

In accordance with the Law, the user has the right to:

know whether the Operator holds their personal data and receive information about its processing;
request changes and additions to their personal data where there are grounds;
request blocking or destruction of personal data processed in violation of the law;
withdraw consent to the collection and processing of personal data, except in cases provided for by the Law;
appeal against the actions of the Operator to the authorised body or to court.

7. Withdrawal of consent

To withdraw consent, send a written request to the Operator by post or e-mail using the details in the «Contacts» section of the website. After the request is received, processing of personal data stops and the data is destroyed within the periods established by the Law, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
